After long months of work and expectations, finally lived to the new version of the very popular Linux system. The latest version of OpenMandriva LX in beta, is a further continuation of the once abandoned the project.
Developers former Mandriva, they put a lot of work in the stabilization system, updated the package database, which in future versions will form a solid basis for the construction of newer and newer distribution. Project authors wish to thank all the users who put their huge contribution in testing and reporting bugs in the previous edition of the alpha. All proposed amendments were considered by the team and implemented for the beta. However, keep in mind that this release is in testing phase and should not be installed as the distribution of the target system on your computer. In the new version OpenMandriva updated m.in: Thunderbird 17.0.9, Firefox 24, Kernel 3.11.5, LibreOffice 4.1.1.2 and KDE 4.11.
